As moms, coaches and business owners, we kept hearing the same story- that becoming a mom meant putting all your needs and health to the side. That once you had kids, losing yourself was inevitable. But we refused to believe that was the only version of building a strong family.
We built this program on the belief that you don’t have to choose between raising a family and caring for yourself. We believe in strengthening the family unit where husbands and wives work together as a team to lead their home toward generational health.
Over time, our culture has lost many of the domestic and foundational skills that once kept families thriving. Children and adults are growing up disconnected from their bodies, unable to recognize hunger, fullness, or fatigue because they’ve never been taught what healthy living truly looks like. It's time to change that narrative for our children but also, for ourselves.
Our mission is to bring that education back into the home. Before turning to therapies or labels, we start with the basics- whole foods, hydration, movement, sunlight, and sleep. We believe parents are the primary leaders and teachers of their children, responsible for showing them how to take care of their bodies, minds, and homes with confidence and love.

At Path to Goals, we combine intelligent strength training, evidence-based nutrition, and real behavior change strategies — so you’re not just starting strong, you’re staying strong for life. We’re not just coaching you to do the work — we’re coaching you to become the kind of woman who never stops building.
Absolutely. Our coaching is designed for high-performing women who juggle careers, families, and everything in between. We build flexible, realistic plans that align with your real schedule — not the "ideal" one you wish you had. The goal is to make success feel sustainable, not overwhelming.
Most clients train 3–4 days per week for about 30–45 minutes per session. We design your plan around your life, not the other way around. Consistency matters more than intensity. If you can carve out a few focused hours a week, you can create real momentum.
After you apply you will be directed to schedule a short zoom call (about 20–30 minutes) to dive deeper, answer your questions, and make sure it’s a great fit on both sides. If we both decide to move forward, we’ll get you fully onboarded with everything you need to start strong — your custom plan, app access, and your first coaching steps.
$1,000 enrollment fee + monthly payment plan of $4-500/ mo depending on length of commitment.
