Hi, we’re Chauntae and Alyssa — best friends, moms, and coaches. Together, we coach moms to work smarter not harder.

We believe mothers are the leaders of their home and when a mother transforms her body and mind- her family follows.

We know what it feels like to wear all the hats — mom, partner, leader, career woman — and still feel like there’s never enough time or energy left for yourself. You want to be strong. You want to feel in control of your health. But between the meetings, meltdowns, and the never-ending to-do lists that live rent free in your head, your goals keep getting pushed to the side.

Motherhood is a massive identity shift. And too often, no one talks about how hard it is to let go of your old life while building a new one that doesn't feel like you're constantly drowning in never ending to do lists. At Path to Goals, we teach moms and aspiring moms how to eat like athletes because motherhood is a sport—one that demands sustained energy, strength, and recovery.

We don’t chase restriction or result to eating our kids left over snacks, we coach performance-based nutrition that fuels energy, muscle, mood, and long-term resilience. It's about building meals that power your brain and body for LIFE.

1. What makes your coaching different from other programs?

Most programs focus on either workouts or meal plans. We focus on building the woman behind the plan. At Path to Goals, we combine intelligent strength training, evidence-based nutrition, and real behavior change strategies — so you’re not just starting strong, you’re staying strong for life. We’re not just coaching you to do the work — we’re coaching you to become the kind of woman who never stops building.

2. I'm really busy with work and family. Will this program fit into my life?

Absolutely. Our coaching is designed for high-performing women who juggle careers, families, and everything in between. We build flexible, realistic plans that align with your real schedule — not the "ideal" one you wish you had. The goal is to make success feel sustainable, not overwhelming.

3. How much time will I need to commit to workouts each week?

Most clients train 3–4 days per week for about 30–45 minutes per session. We design your plan around your life, not the other way around. Consistency matters more than intensity. If you can carve out a few focused hours a week, you can create real momentum.

4. What happens after I apply or book a call?

After you apply you will be directed to schedule a short zoom call (about 20–30 minutes) to dive deeper, answer your questions, and make sure it’s a great fit on both sides. If we both decide to move forward, we’ll get you fully onboarded with everything you need to start strong — your custom plan, app access, and your first coaching steps.

5. How much does coaching cost?

High level coaching is an investment — not just in your fitness, but in your energy, confidence, leadership, and future. Our 1:1 coaching program is personalized and high-touch, which means they are priced to reflect the level of support, customization, and transformation you’ll receive. If you're looking for a quick fix, we're probably not the right fit. But if you're ready to do the work required to change you're life — we’ll give you the structure, accountability, and high level coaching you need to succeed. During your application call, we'll walk you through all options to find the best fit for you.
